If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. We will let you know if the change is possible and we will do our utmost to make any necessary changes but this is unfortunately not guaranteed.
To process a refund and to arrange a return you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Any item returned that is not faulty or damaged then we are unable to cover any return postage costs.

We aim to deliver between 5 to 14 working days from the date the order has been placed. At present we are facing slight delays due to COVID-19.
To care for your lantern, we recommend regularly wiping with a soft, dry cloth to prevent the build up of dust or dirt. We recommend a microfiber cloth in the circular motion for the glass. To remove excess wax, use warm water with a mild dish soap, be sure to dry immediately and do not soak. Indoor use only. Please position the candle securely and ensure that the flame is not directed at the glass. This product will get hot in use. Keep out of reach of children. Wait until fully cooled before handling. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
